Effective Date: 14 June 2025

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the GlowStudio mobile application (the "Application") for iOS, developed and offered as a Freemium service by Selim Akbey ("Service Provider," "I," "me"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the Application immediately.

1 LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. I grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Application for private, non‑commercial purposes.

2. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual‑property rights in the Application remain mine.

3. Prohibited: copying, modifying, translating, reverse‑engineering, extracting source code, or creating derivative works of any part of the Application.

2 MODIFICATIONS & FEES

GlowStudio is currently free to download with optional in‑app subscriptions. I reserve the right to:

• modify or discontinue any feature, and/or
• introduce charges for certain services.

Any future fees will be clearly disclosed before they take effect.

3 DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

• Local‑first: Personal data stays on your device.
• AI Requests: When you tap an AI feature, an encrypted image is sent to OpenAI via AIProxy; no server storage by me.
• Maintain the security of your phone and the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting may expose you to malware and may cause the Application to malfunction; I accept no responsibility for issues arising from such activities.
